Refund & change policy.

Effective August 15, 2026

Before parts are ordered

A deposit may be canceled for a refund before parts purchasing begins, less non-refundable payment processing costs where permitted.

After parts are ordered

Amounts committed to approved parts are non-refundable except to the extent a vendor accepts a return or applicable law requires otherwise. Vendor restocking fees, return shipping, and non-returnable custom items may be deducted from an approved refund.

After build-phase authorization

The exact finished appearance is known only after assembly. Once the customer signs the build-phase authorization and custom labor begins, aesthetic preference alone—including cable-routing or lighting preference that remains within the approved scope—is not grounds for a refund. This does not limit remedies required by law or coverage for verified defects and workmanship warranty claims.

Change orders

Changes to approved components, finishes, cooling, or wiring require written approval. We will provide the price and timeline impact before continuing whenever practicable.

Defects and warranty

Manufacturer defects are handled under the applicable component warranty. Contact RAD PC Builds promptly so we can diagnose the issue and coordinate the appropriate remedy.
