Estimate and electronic signature

Catalog amounts are dated retail or manufacturer snapshots. Quotes remain estimates until RAD PC Builds confirms the exact SKU, component availability, compatibility, taxes, shipping, and complexity-based labor. The customer must review and electronically sign the estimate before the parts deposit becomes available.

Parts deposit and build-phase invoice

The initial deposit is applied to approved parts ordering and becomes non-refundable as those parts are purchased, except where required by law. When all parts are received, the customer signs a separate build-phase authorization. That signature creates a Stripe invoice for the remaining parts balance and approved labor, due before custom assembly begins. An eligible promotion accepted at deposit checkout is recorded as an order credit and reduces that remaining balance.

Appearance and shipment

3D renders, product images, RGB previews, and example builds are planning aids and do not guarantee the exact finished appearance. Component revisions, cable routing, lighting, tolerances, and availability can affect the final look. The exact appearance is known only after assembly. Once assembly and testing are complete, the PC will be prepared for shipment.

Changes and availability

Requested changes after parts are ordered may require a written change order, restocking charges, price adjustments, or schedule changes. If a selected part becomes unavailable or the vendor price changes materially, we will request approval before substituting a component or changing the signed estimate.

Support subscriptions

RAD Care subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Eligible RAD Care codes apply only as disclosed in Stripe Checkout. Customers can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation from the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation applies at the end of the current paid billing period.
